Responsibilities:
- Help sales evaluate technical specifications & tenders and provide feedback on feasibility.
- Define product configurations for projects and support sales in positioning solutions.
- Conduct product training and onboarding for partners.
- Provide strategic input for the R&D roadmap based on customer needs and market trends.
Required skills:
Hardware Knowledge:
- Embedded Systems & Electronics - Basic understanding of microcontrollers, sensors, and industrial electronics.
- Networking & IoT - Familiarity with LAN, WiFi, 4G/5G connectivity in embedded devices.
- Parking Hardware (optional) - Experience with ANPR cameras, paystations, barriers, and inductive loops.
- Manufacturing & Assembly (optional) - Knowledge of the production and installation of hardware components.
Software & Systems Knowledge:
- Embedded Software & Firmware - Not coding, but understanding of Windows-based systems, firmware updates, and debugging.
- Cloud Integrations - Experience with cloud-based parking management software.
- APIs & Communication Protocols - Understanding of RS485, MQTT, Modbus, and TCP/IP for system integrations.
Business & Management Skills:
- Project Coordination - Collaborating with R&D, service, and operations teams.
- Customer Communication - Explaining technical details in simple terms to non-technical partners.
- Problem Solving & Troubleshooting - Quickly diagnosing hardware/software integration issues.
